Let us introduce ourselves

At Generosity, we believe that life over 50 should be a season of security, health, and most importantly joy. We are a community-focused organisation dedicated to ensuring that the people of our community have the support they need to navigate modern challenges and the social life they deserve to stay inspired.

Our goal is to help people live well and stay connected. We provide a bridge between the practicalities of managing the cost of living and the essential need for social excitement.

About us

Our Heart & Heritage

We began with a simple observation that the years over 50 should be a time of connection and comfort, yet many in our community were facing these years with growing concerns about the cost of living and their own well-being.

What Drives Us

We believe that well-being is a puzzle made of many pieces. You can't feel your best if you're worrying about an energy bill, and you can't stay healthy if you're feeling isolated at home. That is why we love it when people are connected.

Our Promise to you

When you join our community, you are a member of a group that values your experience and respects your journey. Our team is approachable, enthusiastic, and professional.

"Our goal is to help people get out, get active, and get the most out of life."

Our Activities

Motivations

Socialising while exercising releases endorphins, contributing to a better mood and a more positive outlook.

Social interaction during group workouts can amplify mental health benefits, reducing stress and anxiety and combating feelings of loneliness.
